What parents say about the classes
An exceptional instructor; both my 6-year-old son and I practice with him, and David knows how to customize exercises to suit the appropriate level. His classes are very dynamic, with creative exercises and presenting small challenges that help us improve at our own pace, without neglecting technique and safety at any moment. My son loves the classes!

I met David in April 2023 to give both me and my 9-year-old son parkour lessons, and from the beginning, he connected with us. He teaches and motivates his students very well. He dedicates time to them, teaching with patience and kindness. It's clear that he is passionate about his work. I've mentioned it to my friends, and now there are always 5 or 6 of us getting lessons together. He is a great athlete and a very good teacher.

David Arce
Instructor
Since I was a child, I've been passionate about movement and sports. I started with athletics, breakdance, and skating, among other things, but when I discovered parkour, I fell in love with its beauty, its focus on freedom, and the creativity of movement.
I've been practicing parkour for over 15 years, honing my skills wherever I go. In Australia, I obtained my instructor certification thanks to the Brisbane Parkour Association, the Australian Parkour Association and the support of their members. There, I had the opportunity to teach people of all ages and skill levels.
I love sharing my passion for parkour with others and helping them discover what their body and mind are capable of doing.
Join my classes and discover how parkour can be an enriching and exciting experience!

In Marbella, you can do parkour in any public park or square; in fact, parkour is a discipline that originated outdoors, in the city and in nature.
Currently, there are also parkour parks and specialized centers or gyms for parkour in some cities, but not in Marbella nor in Málaga.
If you are thinking of practicing parkour here, you go to any park, the seafront or the Fuengirola Parkour Park and calisthenics parks.
To do parkour, you don't need a lot of expensive equipment or accessories. The main thing is to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and fully closed sports shoes. It is advisable for the shoe sole to have good grip to ensure a secure step.
When doing parkour, it is not recommended to wear rings, necklaces, bracelets, or any type of jewelry or beads as they can get caught during practice. Wearing these items is not allowed during classes.
Physically, parkour is an accessible discipline for people of all ages and fitness levels. No previous skills are required, as parkour is based on developing skills and overcoming obstacles progressively.
The most important thing is to have an open attitude, a willingness to learn, and to enjoy the process of exploring the environment through creative movement. Don't hesitate to join our classes and discover the benefits of parkour for your mind and body!
Parkour for kids is a fun and safe way to introduce the little ones to the world of creative movement. Parkour is defined as a discipline that involves overcoming obstacles smoothly and efficiently, using only the body's physical skills and the environment. For children, parkour is an opportunity to develop physical and mental skills, promoting confidence, creativity, and body awareness.
When we talk about parkour for kids, the most important thing is to ensure that activities are age-appropriate and tailored to their skill level. Training should focus on playful exercises, games, and challenges adapted to their physical and emotional capabilities, emphasizing learning proper technique. It is crucial to provide a safe and supervised environment where children can learn to assess risks and make informed decisions.
Furthermore, teamwork and mutual respect are encouraged, as parkour also teaches important values such as solidarity and camaraderie. With the guidance of trained and dedicated instructors, children can enjoy parkour while developing fundamental skills such as coordination, balance, and strength.
In summary, parkour for kids is an exciting and challenging activity that allows them to explore their environment, develop physical and mental skills, and build a solid foundation for their growth and development.
There is no age limit for parkour, neither upper nor lower. There are parkour classes for children under 3 years old. We simply adapt the goals, exercises, and introduce a lot of games.
I usually recommend the age of 6 for children because at that age, they have more ability to focus and follow the teacher's explanations, which is more comfortable for both the students and the teacher during classes. But don't let this be a limitation for your child to practice parkour. If your child is under 6 years old, contact me at 67762665 - David.
The same goes for the other end; I have had students who are 50 years old and still enjoy parkour today. In fact, one of my best friends in Australia regularly teaches elderly people, adapting parkour principles to the skills and goals of each group or individual.
We are capable of whatever we set our minds to!
I also offer my services as a Parkour coach in Málaga, Benalmádena, Arroyo de la Miel and Alhaurín de la Torre.
